NeoCarta focuses on technology infrastructure companies with tremendous market potential. We invest at various stages of a company's development, from the first round of financing to an expansion round for a company that has been funded through earlier stages by founders or other investors.

Capital - With $300 million under management, we can support a company from inception to IPO or acquisition. We commonly invest between $1 million and $5 million initially, and we can potentially invest more than $10 million over time, depending on a company's needs and success.

Investing Experience - Our managing directors have financed over 80 private technology companies, nearly half of which have succeeded in going public and/or merged with public companies. Our experience has been gained both at NeoCarta and in our prior careers with General Electric, NBC, and Thomson.

Operating Experience - Delivering operating results is one of our strengths; we have worked in general management, sales, engineering, finance, business development and marketing for companies big and small.

Strategic Relationships - Through our relationships with major corporations, we may be able to find a company its first customer, introduce them to a Fortune 100 partner, or help them raise capital from a strategic investor. We strive to identify the intersection between a company's needs and the needs of corporations that have previously co-invested with us, acquired investments from us, or even employed us. Some of these corporations are also investors in NeoCarta.
